I specialise in event photography, including sports, private functions, and more.

I am based in Eastern Melbourne. A travel fee may be applied if the location does require excessive travel. 

You can book by contacting me through the website contact form or by email. Once the event details are confirmed, price estimations, contracts, and booking confirmations will be sent. 

Your photos will be delivered through a private online link that allows you to download all images from a shared folder hosted on Google Drive. 

Typically, the delivery time is 3-7 days, though it may be shorter or longer depending on the event. This depends on the photos taken, the event size, and the editing process. The maximum time of an event is 1-2 weeks, but all timelines will be confirmed in contracts.

You will receive a link that will look like photos.capturedbyxavier.com/event-name. When you open the link, it will take you to the download folder where you can download all images and individual images, and save the photos to your own device.

More information will be provided in the "Download Your Photos " document, which will be sent once the images are completed. 

Yes. Anyone with the link can view and download the photos unless otherwise requested. Optionally, you can password-protect the folder and share it with selected people. 

We keep images on our servers for up to 12 months. After this, images are deleted. We recommend that you download and backup your images as soon as possible to avoid any loss of images. 

A deposit may be required to secure your booking, particularly for large events or weddings. The remaining balance is typically due before or shortly after the event.

If your event is postponed, the booking can usually be moved to a new date depending on availability.

The number of images depends on the event duration and activities, but you can typically expect 50–100+ photos per hour of coverage.

Yes. All delivered photos are professionally edited for colour, lighting, and quality.

Absolutely. If there are important people or moments you want captured, you can provide a list before the event.

Yes, you are welcome to share the photos online. Credit is highly appreciated at @capturedbyxavier_. 

Commercial use may require permission depending on the project. Please contact me if you intend to use the images for advertising or business purposes.
